Grilling and high-temperature frying produce exhaust hot enough to ignite grease buildup. The Souniny SPL Series places a water curtain first stage to cool the airstream, suppress sparks and pre-clean heavy grease.

Product Overview
The Water Spray Purifier Series (KL-D-SPL-50 to SPL-300) uses a water curtain for cooling, dust suppression and fire prevention in high-heat exhaust. Five models cover 5,000 to 30,000 m3/h and are CE2 certified. By washing the airstream, they reduce fire risk and pre-clean heavy grease before a downstream ESP, extending cell life significantly. This front-stage approach is particularly valuable for grilling, frying and other high-temperature commercial kitchen exhaust where direct ESP exposure would cause rapid fouling or safety hazards. The SPL-100 has already been successfully quoted to a European client, demonstrating export readiness.

Maintenance & Filter Care
The electrostatic precipitator cells should be cleaned at regular intervals based on cooking intensity and grease load. In typical commercial operation, periodic washing keeps purification efficiency at its rated level. For units with activated carbon deodorization modules, replace the carbon when odor breakthrough becomes noticeable.
We recommend establishing a preventive maintenance schedule tailored to your daily cooking volume. Souniny provides replacement cells, carbon cartridges and spare parts to keep your system running at peak performance. Contact our service team for guidance on setting up a maintenance plan.
Applications
High-heat cooking exhaust from grilling, charcoal BBQ, deep frying and wok stations, as a pre-treatment stage before ESP or as standalone fire-prevention filtration.
