Overview

The Deep Fryer Purifier (KL-D-L7A / L7B) is a small-footprint ductless unit made for fried-food stations and deep-fryers. Combining an F8 medium filter with an H12 HEPA, it removes smoke and odor at the source with a 1,500 m3/h airflow at just 180 W. Available in 1,300 mm and 1,100 mm heights, it can be customised with side panels for storage, and the L7B ships with a thicker HEPA (8 cm) and medium filter (6 cm). Compact, light (30 kg) and simple to place beside a fryer, it is a neat solution for snack bars, buffet lines and ghost-kitchen frying stations.
